March 19, 2024 Watch: Gina Neff – The Digital Good and Sustainability Author(s): Minderoo Centre for Technology and Democracy Image credit: Digital Good Network Professors Gina Neff and Dorothea Kleine in conversation on digitalisation and sustainability As part of the Digital Good Network‘s latest research funding round, they hosted a free online event featuring Professor Dorothea Kleine (from DGN’s College of Experts and Director of the Institute for Global Sustainable Development) and Gina Neff (DGN Associate Director and Sustainability Challenge Lead, and Executive Director of the Minderoo Centre for Technology & Democracy at the University of Cambridge). They discussed Professor Kleine’s research into digitalization and sustainability including her contributions to the ‘Digital Reset’ report and book, which argue that the current policy transitions of digitalisation and sustainability are currently not aligned, despite the rhetoric.
